Resin Line Marking

The Science Behind Lasting Lines

Paint and resin are different. A paint does not achieve a great bond to the surface or have the ability to withstand commercial environments for long lengths of time. Even two-pack “Epoxy paints,” are just epoxy resin that have been diluted with low-cost thinners and bulked out with cost-saving fillers, all reducing the performance of the coating. An “Epoxy resin” is not a paint, but a 100% solids content (no evaporatives, not water based or oil based) reactive material that take two or more components and create a cured, solid mass with no loss of weight. The epoxy or resin line-marking usually requires a much slower installation process including surface preparation with a hand held diamond grinder, followed by marking out the lines, applying masking tape both sides of each line, multiple applications of resin with a mini-roller, and then removal of the tape. The product, while not stain-proof or bullet-proof, is as close as we can get it.

Why choose us

Industry Leading Flooring Expertise

Best Practice is Critical

For durable and attractive epoxy flooring, proper surface preparation is key. This includes cleaning, repairing, and priming the concrete. Skilled professionals should handle the application to ensure correct mixing and a long-lasting finish.

Why Quality Matters Over Cheap Alternatives

If not done properly, epoxy won't perform as it should. Inferior products can cause peeling, delamination, premature wear, weak adhesion, poor durability in high-traffic areas, and reduced chemical resistance.

Choose the Best with Our Wide Resin Selection

Many companies limit their epoxy options, risking improper resin selection for profit. We offer a wide range of resins, ensuring the right product is used for any environment and condition.

Safety First: Slip-Resistant Lines & Walkways

Spray-on painted lines have the drawback of not being able to have an added slip resistant granule, however with resin lines, any slip resistance level can be easily achieved. Your lines are more than just directions; they’re the silent guides that ensure the smooth operation and safety of your site. Let’s make them count.

Our Client Feedback

Tina McIlroy

General Manager, Hygiene Masters

I have dealt many times with the FloorCo team and am yet to be let down. The level of product knowledge, professional conduct, and genuine care that comes from these guys is rare. Keep it up.

John Richens

General Manager, Marquee Operations

We chose FloorCo for our production floors which we have had great difficulty in the past to maintain. The industrial flooring system provided has been down for several years and has been able to withstand what our previous applications could not. The flooring is safe, strong, easy to clean, a testimony to the professional team that performed the works.

Marcus Rowan

Owner and Manager, Rubik Group

I highly recommend Floor-Co. I have had multiple projects completed with them and have found their product to be exceptional and the workmanship second to none. Thanks.
