Chemical Resistance and Long-Term Durability

Beverage bottling facilities often contend with chemicals such as cleaning agents, acids, and various product residues. FloorCo’s resin flooring systems are engineered for exceptional chemical resistance, ensuring spills and splashes don’t compromise the surface’s integrity. This protection allows your floor to stay intact and looking new for years, even under demanding conditions.

Our floors also boast superior load-bearing capacity, handling the weight of heavy machinery, forklifts, and pallets of bottles with ease. Unlike other materials that may crack, delaminate, or wear down, our resin systems are built to last, reducing maintenance costs and extending the life of your facility’s flooring.

Hygiene and HACCP Compliance: Essential for Bottling Facilities

In bottling operations, hygiene is a top priority. Many of our flooring solutions are HACCP accredited, meeting the stringent standards required for food and beverage processing environments.

The seamless, non-porous design of our floors prevents bacteria, mould, and other contaminants from building up, making them easy to clean and sanitise. This reduces the risk of contamination and helps you maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. With FloorCo’s flooring, your bottling facility can uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, enhancing both operational efficiency and public perception.
