Ceramic Tile Resurfacing

Time Efficiency - Minimising Downtime

At FloorCo, we know that time is a critical resource for businesses. Long shutdowns and disruptions can lead to loss of revenue, which is why our tile resurfacing process is designed to minimise downtime. Rather than undertaking a time-consuming demolition process, we prepare the existing tiled surface and apply our specially formulated epoxy resin layers, reducing overall project timelines and cutting costs. This efficient approach ensures your business can continue operating with minimal interruptions, allowing you to resume normal activities swiftly.

Why choose us

Industry Leading Flooring Expertise

A Lasting Bond for Longevity

The key to successful tile resurfacing lies in the quality of the bond. After preparing the surface, we apply a specialised epoxy resin that’s engineered for superior adhesion to ceramic tiles. Unlike standard bonding agents, our epoxy creates a strong, durable layer that stands up to the rigours of high-traffic environments. The result is a seamless, high-performance surface that retains its integrity for years to come.

Expert Layering Techniques for Seamless Results

Once the surface is prepared and the initial epoxy layer is applied, we move on to our advanced layering techniques. Using a trowel-based, self-levelling resin layer with 100% solids content, we ensure that grout lines and surface imperfections are completely filled, resulting in a smooth and seamless foundation. This self-levelling layer guarantees a uniform finish, creating the perfect base for the final aesthetic touch. Our attention to detail and expert application ensures your resurfaced floor not only looks flawless but performs exceptionally.

Customisation Options to Suit Your Needs

At FloorCo, we understand that every facility has different requirements, which is why we offer a wide range of customisation options for your resurfaced floors. Once the base layers are securely in place, you can choose from various finishes, from functional single colours to impressive designer options. Whether you need a floor with specific safety ratings or an eye-catching design to enhance your space, we have options to match your vision and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
